Our goal is to have your project go as smooth as possible. For this reason we have your measurements double-checked by professionals and we give you an opportunity to review your order before it is sent to production. Despite our best efforts, the unexpected happens from time to time.
In the event that something should go wrong, we will work to correct it as thoroughly and as quickly as possible to complete your project. We do NOT consider any job completed until the customer is reasonably satisfied with the material and workmanship.
